Leo G. Almonte
Team Leader
Leo G. Almonte is a writer, content strategist, and leadership consultant with over two decades of experience in training design, organizational development, and publication management. He has authored and ghostwritten more than a dozen books, including leadership works such as Rizal Is My President: The 40 Leadership Tips of Jose Rizal, De La Salle CEO: Applying the Leadership Principles of St. John Baptist de La Salle in the 21st Century, and Lead Like Don Bosco. He has also written memoirs for prominent Philippine lawmakers and corporate leaders.
Beyond writing, Leo has built a strong track record in training and consulting. He has designed and facilitated programs on leadership, accountability, and communication for organizations such as Philsteel Holdings, Lemon Square, International Builders Corporation, and Regan Industrial Sales, among others. His strength lies in turning concepts into practical training tools—building organizational culture, crafting frameworks for growth, and creating experiential workshops that engage both teams and leaders.
Leo earned his Philosophy degree from De La Salle University–Manila and a Master’s in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines. He also served as Director of Public Affairs and Marketing Communications at West Visayas State University, where he later taught at the College of Communication.
Benjie G. Almonte
Adviser
Benjie Benjie Almonte is a seasoned leader with over three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical healthcare industry. He has held senior roles in major multinational pharmaceutical companies, where he was responsible for general sales management, strategic account development, training, and organizational capability building.
Throughout his career, Benjie has consistently delivered strong business results, led high-performing teams, and built long-term strategic partnerships. His leadership style combines operational excellence with a deep commitment to talent development and customer-centric strategies.
He holds a degree in Management from De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde and has completed executive education at the Asian Institute of Management. In addition, he has earned certifications in Sales Management, Coaching & Mentoring, and Training & Development, further strengthening his expertise in driving performance and growth.
Girlie Gerardo
Adviser
Girlie Gerardo has extensive HR experience in the manufacturing and distribution sectors, spanning food, publishing, retail, and steel. She is adept in organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits design and policy formulation and improvement. She is skilled in the strategic business planning process, from design to execution of both corporate and departmental levels, ensuring alignment with a full-cycle Performance Management System.
Her expertise also extends to labor relations in unionized environments, with in-depth knowledge of Philippine labor law and compliance with government requirements, including BIR, SSS, HDMF, and PhilHealth. Beyond HR, she has held management responsibilities in General Services and Administration. Girlie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Far Eastern University, Manila, has earned units in Master of Business Administration, and completed a Diploma in Organizational Development at Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City.
